Terms & Conditions

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 15+ days before check-in. No refund after.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through admin.
  • ₹1500 charged per additional guest beyond confirmed booking.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside rooms.
  • No loud music or parties after 10 PM.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Children aged 5 and below are considered as kids.

Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival at the property.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment refund will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Amenities & notes

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi available.
  • Homemade meals available at extra cost (inform at least 4 hours in advance).
  • Meals available only for Sunflower, Lily, Marigold, and Lavender rooms.
  • Courtyard access only for Sunflower, Lily, Marigold, and Lavender guests.
  • Sunflower & Lily rooms include AC.
  • Marigold & Lavender rooms include a refrigerator.
  • Dahlia, Gardenia, Petunia, and Zinnia are budget rooms with basic amenities.
